Integrity
Integrity = Consistent (Thought, Word, Action)

The word integrity is derived from the root word integer; it means oneness or wholeness.
The more consistent a person is in thoughts, words, and actions, the easier it becomes to be true to one’s self. Integrity is doing what you say they will do, even when it risks disapproval, unpopularity, and confrontation. The reward is self-respect, clarity, and being true to one’s values.
